About the Role
Lead our growing team of data scientists in building advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. You will combine technical depth with business acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 6-10 data scientists
- Design and oversee implementation of machine learning models and analytics pipelines
- Translate business problems into data science solutions
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to client executives
- Stay current with advances in AI/ML and evaluate new tools and methodologies
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of hands-on data science experience with 2+ years managing teams
- Expert in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience building and deploying models in production environments
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
